If you subscribe to receive text messages (SMS) from Solid Group Construction, we will collect your phone number and any other information you voluntarily provide on the subscription form. We will use this data exclusively to:

  1. Send notifications related to your construction project (status updates, appointment reminders, payment confirmations).

  2. Inform you about new promotions, special offers, and relevant news for active clients (up to four [4] messages per month).

SMS Data Protection: We will never share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes or any unrelated commercial use. We only share your number with our messaging service providers (e.g., Twilio, HighLevel) who act solely on our behalf to deliver the messages you request.
